1. Learning By Doing: Through experiential entrepreneurship, youth build skills, confidence and experience for entrepreneurship and work.
2. Transition into Enterprise: Youth transition into real livelihoods supported by long-term mentorship plus linkages to finance, markets, and technical expertise.
3. Learning and Ecosystem Influence: Evidence generated influences youth entrepreneurship education and small enterprise growth support systems.

Where Skills Become Opportunity!
At Nawanyago Vocational Institute in Eastern Uganda, locally grown vegetables are becoming new business opportunities.
With a dehydrator donated by Wezesha Impact, students are turning vegetables into food spices and crisps while gaining practical skills in product development, teamwork, and enterprise management.
By turning what is readily available in their community into marketable products, these young people are learning how to turn skills into income and build sustainable livelihoods.

Our scale strategy is built on real enterprise practice, delivery through existing TVET and community systems, continued post-training support, standardised tools, trained delivery partners and outcome tracking.
