Our Impact

Over the last ten years, we have successfully implemented the Wezesha Impact Skills and Enterprise model which has benefited over 15,000 young individuals across Uganda.

In 2023, Livelihood Impact Fund and BFA Global conducted the first External Evaluation to assess the impact of the Wezesha Impact programs. The assessment was based on the impact of the year-long program on participants’ business skills and knowledge, two to three years after completion of the Wezesha Impact experience.

In 2022, I joined Wezesha Impact Experience where I participated in business and leadership training. This transformed my journey in business growth, capacity building, and financial literacy. My first award came in November 2022 at the Wezesha Awards. We received a guitar and a laptop. Refugee Talent Group has grown from one guitar to a full music sound system! Everything we learned, we put into practice. On behalf of Refugee Talent Group (RTG), thank you, Wezesha Impact Team!
